    A named administrator reviews the proposal and the simulated result. Nothing reaches production on the AI's own authority.

    The verified change moves through a controlled deployment, and the decision, the author and the outcome are recorded in the audit trail.

What stays governed

The assistance layer sits on top of the governed platform. The policy engine still evaluates access, approval workflows still route decisions to accountable people, access reviews still re-certify entitlements, and the audit trail still records what happened and who decided it.

An AI proposal is a proposal. It becomes a change only after human verification and a controlled deployment — which is what keeps accountability with your organisation rather than with a model.
